This Provider Agreement governs the relationship between Servma and Service Providers.
By registering as a Provider, you agree to these terms.
1. Independent Contractor Status
- Providers are independent contractors.
- Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- Employment
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Agency relationship
- Providers are solely responsible for:
- Taxes
- Insurance
- Permits
- Licensing
2. Provider Obligations
- Providers must:
- Deliver services professionally
- Comply with applicable laws
- Maintain valid licenses
- Provide accurate profile information
- Maintain required certifications
3. Verification & KYC
- Providers agree to:
- Identity verification
- Document submission
- Biometric checks (if required)
- Verification does not guarantee approval.
- Servma may suspend providers at its discretion.
4. Payments & Commission
- Providers agree that:
- Payments may be subject to escrow
- Servma may deduct commission
- Processing fees apply
- Commission structure may change with notice.
5. Ratings & Reviews
- Customers may leave reviews.
- Servma may:
- Remove fake or abusive reviews
- Adjust ratings in cases of fraud
6. Suspension & Termination
- Servma may suspend or terminate providers for:
- Fraud
- Poor performance
- Excessive disputes
- Regulatory violations
- Platform misuse
- Termination may result in loss of access and pending payouts review.
7. Insurance & Liability
- Providers are responsible for:
- Obtaining liability insurance
- Any damages caused during service
- Servma is not liable for:
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Service failure
8. Indemnification
- Providers agree to indemnify and hold Servma harmless from claims arising from:
- Service delivery
- Negligence
- Legal violations
- Third-party claims
9. Confidentiality
- Providers may not misuse customer data or contact customers outside the Platform to bypass fees.
10. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of:
- Federal Republic of Nigeria
- Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in:
- Lagos, Nigeria
