What providers need to know about bookings and payments.

When can a provider start work on a booking?

Start work only after the customer has funded the booking and the app shows that payment is secured in escrow.

Can I negotiate a booking price?

Yes, when negotiation is enabled for your account and for the selected service. The app only shows negotiation actions while that booking can still be negotiated.

When is payment secured for a booking?

After provider acceptance, the customer funds the booking and escrow becomes locked. Work starts after funding, and release happens after customer completion confirmation.

How are disputes handled?

When an issue is reported, escrow stays locked. Payment is not automatically released or refunded until the case is reviewed and resolved.
