Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common support questions.

How do I start a dispute?

If the provider has marked the job done and there is a problem, do not confirm completion. Use the issue or dispute path from the booking so escrow stays locked.

When are escrow payments released?

Payment is released after the provider marks the work done and the customer confirms completion. Marking the work done by itself does not release payment.

How does booking chat work?

Open the conversation from a booking or from the inbox. Booking chat supports text, attachments, and voice notes.

What if a client is unresponsive?

Keep the booking as the source of truth, then contact support with the booking ID if the other participant stops responding during an active job.

What happens if I retry a withdrawal?

The app can safely retry the same withdrawal attempt without creating a second request. Check withdrawal history before starting a new attempt.
